The Mysteries of Victorian Leicester  with Tanky Smith

Join Tanky Smith, Leicester's famous detective, on a theatrical journey through Victorian Leicester, uncovering its crimes and secrets.

Join the wild and wacky Tanky Smith, Leicester’s renowned policeman, inspector, and private detective, on an intriguing journey. Step into his shadowy Victorian world, brimming with clever disguises and hidden secrets of Leicester.Theatre on the GO is based on historical facts and stories of Tanky Smith.Age guidance:Theatre on the Go is designed primarily for an adult audience; however, we warmly welcome children and family members to experience the magic of our performances together. Please note that the experience involves walking approximately 1.5 miles. Tanky Smith, played by Nathan Obokoh.Tour designed by actress and writer Chandni Mistry and historian Jim Butler.Directed by Chandni Mistry.Supported by East Midlands Trains and Leicester City Council's Cultural Ambition Fund.
