Travel through mathematical dimensions with this workshop.

Join us in this session to go on a journey from 2D we know and love all the way to 4D and beyond, exploring shapes and problem solving along the way. The workshop includes paper folding puzzles in 2D, creating dodecahedrons in 3D, an introduction to topology with mobius loops and the utilities puzzle, and then will conclude by investigating some of Zoe's favourite 4D shapes. This will include hands-on activities but will also touch on some tricky and unusual topics.This workshop is strictly for 12–14 year-olds and will include a 30 minute lunch break. Students should bring lunch and a drink.Refunds can only be issued for tickets cancelled at least two weeks (14 calendar days) in advance of the event date. Please note that this supersedes our normal event terms and conditions.
