This one day course covers the emergency management of 8 key topics from the Level 1 RCPCH Curriculum and therefore is suitable for ST1/2s.

Course description:This is a one day course covering the emergency management of 8 key topics from the Level 1 RCPCH Curriculum and therefore is most suitable for ST2/3s. It would work for ST1s later in their first year or if they have previous paediatric experience.Highlights/Objectives:<ul><li>Practice the management of acute paediatric situations in a safe environment using human patient simulators.</li></ul>Target audience: Ideally suited to ST1, ST2 &amp; ST3 Grades in Paediatrics. Please note places are limited to 24.Format: 1 day courseVenue: UHBW Simulation CentreThis course is prepaid for by the Deanery for both Peninsula and Severn trainees. A charge of £99 will be made to those trainees outside of South West.
