Self-promotion is an essential aspect of finding work as an illustrator, and we'll be exploring some key ways to go about it.

September can be an ideal month to refocus and reinvigorate your self promotion strategy as a freelance illustrator, as it's a time when many commissioners are also back to their desks after the summer.In this event, the Association of illustrators (The AOI) will guide you through: <ul><li>Building your online presence</li><li>Using social media effectively as part of your self promotion</li><li>Finding and contacting new clients</li><li>Using commissioner focussed projects to attract the clients you want to work with. You’ll also gain an insight into illustration competitions and how they can help promote projects to a wider audience and gain greater visibility.</li></ul> Platform: This webinar will be hosted online on Zoom, accessible directly via Eventbrite.A recording will be sent to all booked attendees after the live event &amp; made avaialble for a limited time period of up to two weeks after the event had taken place.
