Join us for a chilled Sunday morning learning about the relaxing practice of Face Yoga. Learn to release facial stress and tension, while naturally tightning and firm face muscles and boosting circulation. Event:Join us for the launch of Unfold Face Yoga. In the gorgeous space of Studio 72, we will begin with a relaxing herbal tea before taking to the mat to do some grounding and warm up exercises. We will then learn a upper and lower face yoga sequence with some acupressure points for stress, pain and tension release. We finish with a wonderful relaxation and guided meditation with affirmations. You will leave feeling lighter, brighter and unfolded. So, what is Face Yoga?It's a natural way to tone and rejuvenate your facial muscles. We have 57 muscles in the face and they need awakening and training just like the muscles in our body do. And just like regular yoga, it helps release tension and promotes relaxation.With Face Yoga, we use specific techniques such as acupressure, lymphatic drainage, facial massage and tapping, to target areas like the forehead, cheeks, neck and jawline.This practice not only improves your appearance but also boosts circulation, encourages lymphatic drainage, builds collagen and elastin below the skin and enhances your overall skin health.These exercises can help reduce the appearance of static fine lines and wrinkles, reduce tension and promote a healthy glow.
