Turn right onto Liverpool Rd/A6143
Turn left onto Potato Wharf
Turn right onto New Elm Rd
 Stay on New Elm Rd
Turn right
Destination near blue car park cabin.

Do I need my own gloves?

Accepted Answer

Ideally bring your own gloves. We have gloves onsite but they are used. We provide new straps for hand protection. We provide sanitiser and wipes.

Is there changing facilities

Accepted Answer

Please attend in gym gear as this is a purpose built gym and has limited options for changing in private.

Is there a toilet facility

Accepted Answer

There is a  basic toilet and hand washing facility due to it being a purpose built gym.
