Understand how you can flex your style and engage others while staying true to who you areTeaching others how to treat you: Learn strategies for being intentional, assertive, and empathetic so you can speak up, ask for what you need and protect your boundaries in challenging momentsQuestions and action planning: We’ll round out the session with a Q&amp;A and develop personal action plans for attendees to take back to work
