The Mindset Maintenance Workshops are a series of workshops focused on mindset and resilience for better mental health.

Jack Smith born and bred in portsmouth. Business owner and charity volunteer. Diagnosed with autism age 14 and uses his experience to help those who may also struggle in life due to being different. Jack is bringing to Portsmouth, this personal event.Join us for an insightful event that delves into the diverse experiences of individuals and families living with neurodiversity. This event will feature three engaging speaking slots, each offering unique perspectives and personal stories, supported by local orgnisation The Neurodiversity Academy. <ul><li>First Slot: Jack Smith and Abigail Norman will kick off the event by sharing their personal life experiences. They will offer an intimate look into their journeys with neurodiversity, highlighting the challenges they've faced and the triumphs they've achieved.</li><li>Second Slot: Former Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress, Tom and Nikki Coles, will take the stage to discuss their family's experiences with neurodiversity. As a neurodiverse family, with both Tom and their children identifying as neurodiverse, they will share their insights into navigating life with understanding, acceptance, and advocacy.</li><li>Final Slot: Veronica, the head of the Autism Forum in Portsmouth, will conclude the event by providing a broader perspective on neurodiversity. Drawing from her extensive experience in the field, she will discuss the work of the Autism Forum and the importance of community support for neurodiverse individuals.</li></ul> This event promises to be an inspiring and educational exploration of neurodiversity, offering attendees the opportunity to learn, connect, and reflect on the many ways neurodiversity enriches our communities.
