No. You have to be willing to step outside your comfort zone and let go of control.

How long does the event last?

They are usually 2.5 hours but please allow extra time so that you are not rushing off and allowing yourself plenty integration time.

It's preferable you have a relaxing, alcohol free, relaxing evening planned. Some people can feel quite tired after a session.
