Thinking of starting or getting back into cycling, but not sure what's involved, this is a taster session for all ages and abilities

Symingtons Recreation Ground

The ride will leave Symmington Rec at 9.30, well before the 10k running race starts at 10.00.
It will follow the National Cycle Route Number 6 for 2.2 miles along The Brampton Valley Way to Waterloo Cafe for a coffee stop. We will wait there until everyone has arrived.
We then retrace our route to arrive back at Symmington Rec at around 10.30 in plenty of time to watch the Carnival procession that starts at 11.30 from Burnmill Rd.
