In this uplifting talk Ralph Sueppel will explain how the inner critic arises from mistaken ways of seeing ourselves — not from our true nature. Through meditation and gentle wisdom, we can learn not to identify with negative thoughts or narrow self-concepts and instead develop a kinder, more spacious, and more accurate view of who we are.
