There is plenty of FREE parking at the venue

What can I bring into the event?

This is a business event and formal or smart casual outfits are appropriate, this event is not suitable for children.

What's the refund policy?

Due to limited places, we cannot refund the ticket value once purchased, or transfer to another event if you do not attend. Please ensure that you are aware of this before you book.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We will have a list on the door, but please bring your ticket if you can please.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

We would prefer that you make use of your booking and we will only change the booking in the event of extreme circumstances or emergency.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

In the event of an emergency then we can transfer the ticket. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, then please advise us on e-mail to: info@littlekanga.co.uk along with the name of the original booking name and the person's name (who will be actually attending on the day).
