A Circular Future with Plastics 2023

European Plastics Converters (EuPC) is the leading EU-level trade association representing European plastics converting companies. Plastics converters use plastics raw materials and recycled polymers to manufacture new products. EuPC totals about 45 national as well as European plastics converting industry associations and represents more than 50,000 companies, producing over 50 million tons of plastic products every year. The European plastics industry makes a significant contribution to the welfare in Europe by enabling innovation, creating quality of life to citizens and facilitating resource efficiency and climate protection. More than 1.6 million people are working in EU converting companies (mainly SMEs) to create a turnover in excess of € 260 billion per year.

EuPC is delighted to announce the 2023 edition of its annual conference: A Circular Future with Plastics.

Espace Tête d'Or

A Circular Future with Plastics will be organized together with the French Association Polyvia and Plastics Europe.The two-days event will take place on 23rd &amp; 24th May 2023 in Lyon, France. All the conferences, meetings and debates of the Annual Event will take place at the convention space L’Espace Tête d’Or, while the mythic gala dinner will be organized in the prestigious Palais de la Bourse.The annual meeting is a two-days conference under the theme A Circular Future with Plastics, now organized for several years. The three associations will bring together over 250 plastic converters active in different markets in the plastics value chain from across Europe, for debates and networking opportunities.The first day is dedicated to three market division meetings, focusing on packaging, building &amp; construction and automotive &amp; transport. During these meetings, experts from the three sectors present and discuss the most important recent developments.In the evening, in addition to the cocktail and the gala dinner which will take place at the Palais de la Bourse, the awards ceremony of the Best Polymer Producers Awards is finally held again after a year of absence. Initiated by Polymers for Europe Alliance, its members will vote and award the best suppliers in different polymer type categories.The long-awaited Main Conference and Debate of the second day will be once more moderated by the journalist Mrs. Melinda Crane. Representatives of national and European politics, CEOs of the plastics manufacturing and converting world, as well as other industry leaders will share their knowledge and experience about the trends of the sector.Accommodations nearby (please note that we do not have pre-booked rooms and/or special rates):
