This experience introduces Open Learning Circles — small, interactive gatherings centred on Christian growth, designed to equip and support people in a healthy, relational, and sustainable way.

You’ll leave with practical tools you can immediately apply in your life, church, or community.

Introductory Offer

As this is our first Open Learning Circle Experience Day, tickets are currently offered at an introductory rate.

Future CPD-accredited training days will be priced at standard professional rates in line with structured learning provision.

This day is designed as a structured learning experience, integrating teaching, reflection, and practical application.

Participants will engage with key principles, develop understanding, and apply learning through guided exercises, small-group interaction, and facilitated discussion.

A modern, comfortable learning environment designed for focused growth and meaningful engagement.

Time

09:00 – 17:00

The day is scheduled until 17:00, but we will likely finish around 16:30 depending on how the day flows.

Refreshments & Breaks

Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day.

The schedule includes a mid-morning break, a mid-afternoon break, and a one-hour lunch break to support focus, reflection, and informal connection with others.

Lunch is not provided. You are welcome to bring your own lunch or make use of nearby local facilities.

CPD Accreditation (Pending)

This training has been designed in line with CPD standards and is currently undergoing accreditation.

Children & Supervision

No childcare is provided during this event.

Children are welcome to attend; however, they remain the full responsibility of their parent or carer at all times.

A ticket is not required for children attending with a parent or carer.

The lead facilitator holds an Enhanced DBS check.

Appropriate safeguarding awareness and boundaries are maintained throughout the day to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.

Prophetic Presence Ltd holds appropriate Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Age Guidance

This experience is designed for adults. Younger attendees are welcome under the supervision of a parent or carer, but the content is primarily intended for adult participants.

This workshop is delivered by Prophetic Presence, a UK registered learning provider and CPD-approved provider, within a real learning environment.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Tickets are refundable if cancelled at least 14 days before the event.

If we cancel the event a full refund will be received, with the option to transfer to a future date.

The event will take place at the Immersion Centre (Building 39) at Oaklands College.

Parking is available at the Evolution Centre Car Park.

From the car park, the Immersion Centre (Building 39) is a short walk across campus (see map below).
