A Creative Workshop to Map Your Inner World

A Creative Workshop to Map Your Inner World

Reflection labLeeds, West Yorkshire
Saturday, Feb 28, 2026 from 2 pm to 4:30 pm GMT
Overview

See your priorities, relationships and patterns laid out in front of you - literally

A creative way to get clarity on what matters most.

This hands‑on workshop gives you a simple, visual way to map out what’s happening in your world right now.

Using everyday objects, imagery and guided prompt, youll create a “life space” image that helps you see patterns, relationships, and themes in a new light.

Inspired by Gestalt practice, it’s practical, creative, and surprisingly insightful.

No art skills needed — just curiosity.

With a small group of 5–8 people, the atmosphere is relaxed, spacious and with thoughtful guidance throughout.

Why Join

  • Time to reflect - both individally and as a group
  • Expert facilitation throughout
  • Light refreshments in a calm, garden-facing setting
