It is now widely understood that cultivating a more compassionate relationship with ourselves can be hugely beneficial for our wellbeing. Self compassion is not about being soft, or weak, or making excuses, but rather it is about meaningfully engaging with the suffering and difficulties in our lives, and finding a way of being in which we seek to be helpful, rather than harmful, to ourselves and others.

While maintaining a self compassionate relationship with self can be difficult, there are a myriad ways in which we can support this journey. In this one day experiential conference, we'll share with you some of the wisdom and guidance from established practitioners in the worlds of mindfulness and psychological science, to help support and inspire your self compassionate journey.
