This longer session offers you the rare opportunity to go beyond relaxation, entering profound states of meditation and self-discovery. With twice the time of our regular sound baths, you’ll be guided on a spacious journey through the transformative vibrations of gongs, crystal singing bowls, and other sacred instruments.

Important Note – Contraindications While sound healing is safe and beneficial for most people, it may not be suitable for:

• Those in the first trimester of pregnancy
• Anyone with sound-induced epilepsy
• Individuals with severe tinnitus or Ménière’s disease (please consult us first)
• People with pacemakers or other implanted electrical devices
• Anyone experiencing acute mental health crises
