Jason Kingston
Having delivered business analysis in all sectors, the last decade has been mostly focused in social housing. Working with all processes that have touched most systems, Jason knows the anatomy of a housing association very well. 
Always looking for a better way, whilst based at Harvest Housing Group, Your Housing Group, Salix Homes and until last month at The Guinness Partnership, he has seen up close the help and hindrance that systems can bring to service delivery. Do they really give the best return on investment and drive up efficiency? 
Now independent and back working across all sectors, including as an associate consultant for Pennington Choices, Jason will oversee this conversation being informed from all sides and with an eye on the future needs of the sector. 
Tracey Fletcher
Over 25 years’ experience of delivering software solutions and business change across both public sector and social housing. Tracey has come from a supplier background having worked for both Capita and Civica over many years, but now is an independent programme director working with Social Housing providers to deliver complex housing solutions. 
A privileged position of understanding the market from both user and supplier perspective , which has laid a solid management foundation for successfully delivering change. Highly focused on delivering high performing software solutions meeting the complex demands of the multiple business functions and areas associate with social housing providers. 
Tracey will be debating the need to continue with specialized housing management software solutions, which are specifically designed to meet such demands. With the evolution of HMS these are enablers for providing customer centric front line services whilst continuing to run complex back office processes such as income management, arrears, allocations etc.
Cher Lewney 
Cher has worked in social housing for ten years in a variety of ICT and business transformation-related roles; latterly as an interim manager focused on digital transformation. 
She moved to Hitachi Solutions one year ago as Head of Industry for Housing, largely motivated by the opportunity to build and deliver a new proposition for the housing sector. Having dealt with the frustrations of trying to implement old and cumbersome housing management technologis which have traditionally underpinned service delivery in the sector, she is taking that experience and using end-to-end capabilities of the D365 platform to deliver a solution that works. 
Cher will be debating the need to disrupt traditional delivery and use D365 and emerging technologies to simplify the architecture, gain control of data, improve the user experience and provide a more responsive and modern capability for the sector.
