From this event we hope to raise funds to facilitate the screening of 100 young people aged 14 to 35 in the Edinburgh area.
What to expect
* Empowerment workshop (coach-led): First, all participants will spend time together, with a professional firewalk coach who'll motivate and empower everyone in a focused workshop before you take on the fiery path. Our event is professionally facilitated to best-practice safety standards for a transformational, safe experience.
* The firewalk: Step onto the glowing embers with crowd support and cheer-this is your moment to prove to yourself what's possible.
* Community vibe: Supporters, music, bar and food available at our after event celebration of Christopher's life in the bar at Currie Chieftans Rugby Club Clubhouse.
Why walk on fire?
Because it's a vivid, unforgettable way to face fear and rewrite your inner story. Crossing the coals-supported by expert coaching can be a turning point that you carry into everyday life. See here for more information about what the event entails:

Your £25 registration fee helps cover essential event set‑up and safety costs—it isn’t a donation. The heart of the night is raising money for Cardiac Risk in the Young with our goal of raising money to continue providing heart screenings for local young people aged 14 to 35 years old through the Christopher Cowe Memorial Fund.
By signing up, you’re pledging to invite friends and family to sponsor your firewalk. We’ll use one shared fundraising page to show the power of our collective effort, and every pound raised will be ring fenced through Christopher's fund for local heart screenings.
This is a group effort!
If you can, please aim for £150+ in sponsorship. There’s no individual tracking or minimum—what matters most is how much we raise together.
