This session will explore how to create a heartfelt Ramadan — one that is not only about completing acts of worship but about cultivating inner awareness, emotional balance, and a genuine connection with the Qur’an.

👤 About Shaykh Idris Watts
Shaykh Idris Watts accepted Islam in 1998 while studying Arabic at the University of Leeds, graduating with First-Class Honours and an Award of Excellence. He then spent seven years in Fez, Morocco, studying at al-Qarawiyyīn University, immersing himself in Arabic, Qur’anic studies, and traditional Islamic learning.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Leeds Beckett University, alongside qualifications in Somatic Experiencing and Islamic Psychology, blending classical scholarship with therapeutic insight to help Muslims nurture mindful, balanced lives.
