Karen Finerman co-founded New York-based hedge fund Metropolitan Capital Advisors in 1992 and serves as its CEO. She has been a panellist on CNBC’s Fast Money from its debut year in 2007 until the present. She is the author of the New York Times best-selling book, Finerman's Rules: Secrets I'd Only Tell My Daughters About Business and Life. She recently served as a member of the Board of Directors at GrafTech International until its acquisition. She currently serves on the board of Falcon Capital Acquisition Corp.

Karen is also a proud board member of The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research and the Wharton Board of Advisors, her alma mater. She sat for 15 years on the board of Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. She is also on the board of Disruptive Acquisition Corp. She lives in New York City with her husband Lawrence Golub, and their two sets of twins: Lucy, Jack, William and Kate.
