✨ Receiving | A January Women’s Yoga & Ritual Workshop

Start the year by softening and receiving. This intimate two hour workshop is an invitation to slow down, open your heart, and welcome the opportunities of the New Year. January is a new cycle and a chance to reconnect with yourself and gently open your capacity to receive. Hosted in a private Islington space, this workshop blends gentle yoga, ritual, journaling, essential oils, and rest in a warm and supportive setting.


🌿 What to expect

Herbal tea on arrival and a gentle welcome. An opening meditation with sage cleansing. Guided journaling prompts with optional sharing. An essential oil chakra opening with affirmations. A slow, nourishing yoga melt followed by deep rest and a closing angel card reflection. Timings are a guide and may flow naturally to suit the energy of the group.


🌸 Intimate setting

This workshop is limited to a maximum of three women to encourage openness, safety, and meaningful connection. It will take place in my private apartment in Islington, with the full address shared after booking. A homemade vegan sweet treat is included for you to take away. Full location details provided before the event :)

Yoga mat. Journal and pen. Layers or a jumper to stay warm. A blanket if you would like extra cosiness. An open heart and mind.

I’m Jag, founder of Soul Shine Yoga. I’m passionate about yoga, healing, movement, and creating nourishing spaces for connection. I’m YTT 200 certified, trained in India, Pranic Healing Level 1 certified, and a qualified coach. My approach is gentle, heart led, and grounding. I look forward to welcoming you.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. This workshop is beginner friendly. The yoga will be gentle, slow, and restorative, with options to suit all levels.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so you can settle in before we begin at 3:00pm.

What’s included in the ticket price?

Your place in the two hour workshop, including yoga, journaling, essential oils, herbal tea, ritual elements, and a homemade vegan sweet treat to take away.

What is the cancellation policy?

As spaces are very limited, tickets are non refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to gift your place to a friend.
