The Just Transition Commission is an independent group that advises the Scottish Government on how to cut carbon emissions in a fair way. It includes experts and senior leaders from trade unions, voluntary organisations, environmental groups, business and industry.
We are holding meetings across Scotland so we can hear directly from different people and communities. As part of this, we are coming to Wick and want to hear from you about your experiences of living and working in the area.
We will publish our findings as advice to Scottish Government.
Come along to our open event on Wednesday 7 May and have your say. All are welcome.
Food and refreshments will be available on arrival from 6.15pm. Please email justtransitioncommission@gov.scot to advise of any dietary requirements.
The event will begin at 6.30pm and finish for 8.00pm.
