Tama Matheson’s (EastEnders, Heartbeat) hilarious new show based on A Midsummer Night’s Dream comes to SE19, accompanied by Mendelssohn’s shimmering music for Shakespeare’s much-loved comedy, performed by the London Mozart Players under the baton of Howard Shelley.

Let the revels begin! London Mozart Players presents the perfect show for a balmy Saturday night in SE19! Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream is re-booted as a hilarious whistle-stop 90-minute one-man show, paired with glorious music from your favourite orchestra. Actor Tama Matheson presents the Bard’s beloved comedy as you’ve never seen it before, with LMP interweaving Mendelssohn’s shimmering incidental music to the play into the performance under the baton of Conductor Laureate Howard Shelley.
Grab a glass of fizz (first glass included in the ticket price) and prepare for a merry, memorable and musical midsummer night!
The doors open at 7pm for drinks, strawberries & cream and pre-concert entertainment (wandering minstrels, musical surprises, performance poets and more), with the main performance starting at 8pm.
