It's the drug that takes you on a trip like no other. The drug that fueled a generation of musicians, activists and philosophers, who personafied the so called counterculture era of the '60s. Some know it as 'acid'; 'Lucy'; 'shrooms'. It was called a party drug. And quickly made a banned substance.
Evenso, science has long recognised the potential of psychedelics as a therapy for treating mental illnesses and a tool for understanding the human mind, but restrictions on its use since the '60s had forced numerous researchers and therapists to abandon their work. However, the tide is changing and the field has seen a resurgence in recent times.

After a moderated discussion between the experts, the floor will be opened to questions from the audience. This event is open to all university staff and students and entrance is FREE!
