A Yin Yoga-in-motion workshop to start the new year with awareness and ease.

Micro movements in deep release

By combining long-held, deep stretches with small, mindful movements, you will bring attention to tension – both obvious and hidden – and invite gentle release. While traditional Yin Yoga emphasizes complete stillness, these subtle movements are part of a careful, conscious exploration, allowing you to deepen your connection with your body without compromising the essence of a Yin practice.

Over two hours, you will learn not just to notice, but to truly hear what your body is trying to tell you. You will discover how stillness and subtle adjustments can deepen self-understanding, leaving you with practical tools for ease in both movement and rest.

This workshop is for those of you who want to enter 2026 with greater body awareness and a calmer nervous system. It offers a gentle, intentional way to begin the year with presence, clarity and a sense of ease.

All explorers are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is required.
