A calming and creative 45-minute aromatherapy experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself on a deeper level. Through intuitive essential oil blending, you will create your own organic balm or salve, guided by scent, feeling and intention. This gentle, sensory journey encourages relaxation, self-connection and a deeper trust in your intuition, leaving you feeling grounded, nurtured and beautifully aligned.

45 minute intuition and crystal circle to deepen inner connection.
I will provide a guided meditation to connect to intuition, which can bring peace, calm and inner clarity. We will use a crystal pendulum to enhance spiritual growth, ground energy and help emotional balance. I will tune into spiritual energy to provide a reading for the collective group.

60 minute Vinyasa Yoga class to work the body and calm the mind
A nourishing 1 hour Vinyasa practice that blends movement with restorative stillness. You will be guided through a gentle warm up, mobility, a purposeful flow sequence, and invited to explore the option of an inversion, challenging the body and enabling the mind to become focused and quiet. Rooted mostly in floor-based movement, you will be offered variations throughout the practice, encouraging you to move in a way which is intuitive to your body. Some poses may be held for slightly longer, allowing time to reconnect with the breath and go deeper into the stretch. Designed for all levels, this class is perfect whether you’re looking to build strength, flexibility, or simply slow down to rest and restore.
