Join us in the Sanctuary of Queens Park Govanhill Church for a 90-minute immersive soundbath. Beneath the high arches of this 19th-century neo-Gothic space, you'll be bathed in live acoustic sound - gongs, crystal bowls, chimes and bells - resonating gently through the natural reverb of the sanctuary.A space to let go, soften, and return to stillness. This event is open to all. No experience necessary.Many find these sessions supportive for stress, sleep, or emotional balance - but the invitation is simply to rest.The church is wheelchair accessible.Please bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have them - we have a few spares.
