Join us in weekly sessions for a safe space to talk about wellbeing.

About the event:

These sessions are for local people, to explore coping strategies, tools and ideas for wellbeing. Each wee we will be joined by a speaker to share information about a range of topics including:

- Accessing your GP

- Resilience and dealing with stressful situations

- Volunteering in the community and wellbeing

- Sleeping better

The topic on the 22nd October will be on support for parents and families. We will be joined by the RBKC Family Hub. There will also be space to share thoughts, and discuss anything that feels relevant to people right now.
