This workshop is focussed on the basics of sourdough baking. We'll look at how you can make a sourdough starter, and how you use wild yeasts to raise dough. During the workshop we'll make a couple of different doughs, bake breads, and create sourdough pizza for our lunch. Attendees will take home the breads we bake, as well as recipes, and some of the Stoneham Bakehouse rye starter for their breadmaking at home.
