A Spring Walk/Chilterns Challenge 2022

Transitions UK is a charity transforming the lives of disadvantaged young people.We provide vital support for care leavers,  young people at risk of offending or exploitation, young people with learning disabilities and young people with mental health and emotional needs.Many are highly vulnerable and need help coping with trauma, low self-esteem and anxiety.The pandemic has had a disproportionate effect on our beneficiaries: they were already struggling to cope with isolation and exclusion, lockdown forced many to stay in harmful environments.Transitions UK has also been badly hit with fundraising severely restricted.
