A stroll with Raph
Overview
A 2-3 hour walk with our very knowledgable Raph Allnatt
Please join us for an archaeological walk at Bishopsteignton on Sunday 28th June. This will take in the remains of the medieval Bishop’s Palace, the Norman church, a Roman period farmstead and the mysterious White Wells hidden in forest! This walk does involve going up quite a steep hill so please only sign up if you are a confident walker (the views are worth the climb!). We will be meeting at 51 Bishops Ave car park in the centre of the village at 13:30. The walk should take 2-3 hours and we will hopefully end at a pub!
