We can't deny that the past two years have been challenging in new and unprecedented ways. Adapting to change and loss is not an easy process, and can often leave us feeling isolated in our attempts. However, we have been forced to transform ourselves constantly in this global situation of uncertainty and this requires great courage. We build resilience with each struggle we overcome and learn to navigate ourselves through harsh circumstances.
With the new year comes new possibilities. We are not yet certain of how things will develop, but we can take this opportunity to reflect and gather our emotions. Like with any trial there are also many triumphs - reasons to restore our hope.
A Time to Mourn & (now) A Time to Dance, An Evening of Poems will take place on February 6th at St.Martin's church (Kensal Green).
