A Choice of Starters:
Gratin of scallops in the shell
Prawn cocktail with home-grown peak salad leaves
*The Farmer's famous Loaded Soup (lentil & vegetables with wild garlic, seeds & croutons)

A Choice of Mains:
Venison Wellington forestiere (Grizedale red deer, mushroom pate, berry sauce)
*Vegan mushroom Wellington
Spelt risotto topped with with roast duck

A Choice of Puddings:
*Rhubarb tart tartin with home-made dairy or vegan ice cream
Sticky toffee pudding with home-made custard
Westmorland damson and chocolate roulade with chocolate sauce
