About this event

A relaxing walk in Haughton and Murray Parks to connect with nature as spring turns to summer. We will take time to notice different trees and plants and look and listen out for a variety of wildlife, pausing periodically to soak in the sights and sounds of the woodland.

The event involves a walk of up to about 2.5km/1.5 miles on mostly well-surfaced level paths with a few short, gentle slopes.

Meet in Haughton Country Park car park by old visitor centre hut & toilets - take 1st left off park entrance drive & car park is on right.

Dogs under proper control welcome.

Please bring waterproof clothing and wear sturdy footwear.

Please bring drink and snack.

Suitable for adults.
