The Beach of Dreams UK-wide coastal arts Festival is coming to Felixstowe!
Our coastal community is excited to welcome the Beach of Dreams Silks, an evolving national artwork of over 800 naturally dyed silk pennants, to its shores.
JOIN project WAVE on May 27th in Felixstowe to create a Walking Wave of Community Creativity, Connection and Conversation.
project WAVE invites families, residents and visitors to the town to take part as the Beach of Dreams Silks are walked and installed along our coast from Brackenbury to Landguard Point.
The day will run from 11 AM to 7 PM and offers opportunities to encounter a variety of creativity along the route.
Also, if you would like to volunteer with project WAVE on the day, we are looking for people to help us install and move the Beach of Dreams Silks.
If this is something you would be interested in doing please come and see us at the project WAVE Hub at Hamilton MAS on Bent Hill for a chat or fill in the Google Form here.
At its heart, project WAVE is about fostering hope, joy, and a sense of unity. Through collective creativity and shared experiences, we aim to open new ways of working together for the benefit of our community and its coastline.
Come and be part of something beautiful – together, we can build a wave of creative momentum.
