Self Space provide flexible, forward thinking therapy which focuses on supporting people to maintain good mental health and ultimately reach their potential. Their vision is to revolutionise the culture around accessing mental health support, making it more commonplace and aspirational. They want striving for mental wellness to feel like something people are proud of. They want to see people not only turning to therapy in a time of crisis, but instead, focusing on maintaining healthy mental wellbeing throughout their lives, in the same way most of us do with our physical health.

Hello there you,Join me for an hour of creative psychotherapy. It'll hopefully leave you feeling recharged and in touch with yourself. But I'm not making any promises. I'll bring a couple of exercises from the therapy room. We'll explore how storytelling and writing can facilitate moments of illumination, reflection and self-knowing.
