Join us at Newton Abbot Library during Half Term for film screenings of Aardman films as part of Storyfest 2025.

Join us at Newton Abbot Library for a special screening of 'Cracking Contraptions'. From the Soccamatic to the 535 Crackervac, Wallace’s inventions are truly imaginative if not always the most efficient! <a href="https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSD4QfyS1DxXVYgPkEajIjBak1UkPSpjx" title="https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLSD4QfyS1DxXVYgPkEajIjBak1UkPSpjx" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Cracking Contraptions</a> is a showcase of short films about Wallace’s wonderfully eccentric ideas, which include everything you might need to make life easier. Film screening takes place in Newton Abbot Library and starts at 2.35pm. Please arrive 15 minutes before the film starts. There will be refreshments available for a small donation. For maximum comfort, you may like to bring your own cushion for our chairs.
