The Association of British Chinese Professors (ABCP) is a home of over 300 British Chinese professors to promote research excellence and Sino-British academic collaborations. The first ABCP conference is a showcase for ground-breaking research and innovations from the professors in the UK and China to celebrate decades of successful UK-China collaborations. It is a 3-day event covering following themes:
- Higher Education & Internationalisation, chaired by by Prof Max Lu (Vice Chancellor, University of Surrey)
- Science & Technology, chaired by Prof Jianguo Lin (Fellow of Royal Academy of Engineering, Imperial College London)
- Economy & Global Challenge, chaired by Prof Kent Deng (Fellow of Royal Historical Society, London School of Economics and Political Science)
