Aberdeen Basic Regional Anaesthesia Course
Learn regional blocks with Aberdeen Anaesthesia!
This course is suitable for trainees and consultants and is an excellent opportunity to develop/update skills, even if you have attended one before.
This one day course is limited to 16 places. Areas covered included:
- An update on the principles of ultrasound
- Tutorials on performing the common blocks
- Anatomy group teaching using cadaveric models with the help of the anatomy teaching fellows from the university
- Needle practice
- Hands on scanning of live models
This event has been approved for 5 CPD credits by the Royal College of Anaesthetists
