Join us for an insightful lunch and learn session on Managing Absence in the Workplace, facilitated by Emma Wynne , Gateway HR's Founder &amp; CEO. A lunch and learn offering practical solutions and a well-being-focused perspective to effectively manage employee absence.In this session we will cover:1. Options for Monitoring and Managing AbsenceExplore cost-effective strategies for managing absence and how to implement these. Emma will share practical and budget-friendly solutions.2. Well-being at the CoreAs with so many things in life, prevention is better than cure. We will look at how you can promote a wellbeing culture and support for team members to look after their health.3. When someone "pulls a sickie" (!)Learn effective and legal approaches to address situations where an employee may be "pulling a sickie."Key Topics will include:- Absence Policy Development: Creating effective absence policies that align with the size and resources of the organisation.- Return-to-Work Programs: Establishing supportive programs for employees returning after an absence.- Preventative Well-being Initiatives:Practical strategies for preventing absence through employee well-being programs. ALL proceeds from our lunch and learn sessions go to our Charity of the Year - Northampton Saints Foundation.
