Update on Defence and Security Accelerator (the Accelerator) - welcome to the Innovation Network event, latest news from the Accelerator and an overview of the day - Jim Pennycook, Innovation Partner, Defence and Security Accelerator.
Revolutionise the human information relationship for defence themed competition briefing. This Accelerator themed competition seeks new technologies, processes and ways of operating to improve Defence staff’s ability to analyse and exploit data to inform decision-making. This competition will cover 3 challenge areas:
Challenge 1: allowing rapid and automated integration of new sensors
Challenge 2: free up personnel by the innovative use of machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence (AI) for military advantage
Challenge 3: make effective use of operator cognitive capacity, particularly by human-machine teaming

Individual face-to-face meetings
Accelerator themed competition meetings - meet with technical experts from Dstl and MOD to discuss your potential proposal to the Accelerator themed competition on 'revolutionising the human information relationship for Defence'.
