Accessible Document Training

This session is aimed at professional service staff with little or no knowledge of how to create accessible documents.

In this online session, Laura York (EPU) will explore why creating inclusive documents matters and the positive impact improving your practice in this area, can have.Laura will guide you through the practical aspects of creating accessible documents with Microsoft Word, explore the accessibility checker and provide you with the opportunity to have a go for yourself. There will also be opportunities for you to have your questions answered and encourage you to share your own practice too! Following the session, Laura hopes you will feel more confident about how to improve the accessibility of your documents and we will signpost you to other resources to support you with your on-going accessibility journey. This session is open to UoL staff. This event will be via TEAMS, a link to the event will be sent out to attendees approximately two hours before the event starts.Please note this event will be recorded.
