A first-class BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapist with lived experience of PCOS, IBS, GERD, Weight struggles and Asperger’s syndrome, Shani is out to change the narrative when it comes to nutrition and to provide practical and accessible advice free from diets, restrictions, and judgement. Focusing; instead on establishing sustainable habits that empower people to enjoy their food, honour their bodies, and feel their best.
