Join us for the launch of our accessible information report - all welcome

Hear the experiences of local people trying to get information in their chosen format captured as part of our recent survey and focus groups. You will hear why getting accessible information is important, the difference it makes and what local people think health and care organisations can do to make sure the person the letter is sent to can access their health and care information independently.We'll share best practice and explain how we can work together to ensure no one misses another appointment or doesn't know what is happening to them because they can't read the information they are sent. Please let us know (on the booking form) if you have any access needs for the event. We are planning to have BSL interpreters if people need them.
