If project management isn’t your job title but is your reality, this workshop is for you.

Develop your confidence and learn simple and effective ways to keep projects on track, manage stakeholders and deliver impact. This two-hour interactive workshop focuses on the following outcomes:

  • Understand that many project managers are “accidental”, without formal training and bring their own strengths to the role.
  • Explore the current challenges you face for managing projects.
  • Apply a toolkit of simple but effective tools that address these challenges of managing stakeholders, keeping projects on track and managing risk.

10am arrival for tea and coffee with 10:30 start, followed by FREE networking lunch.
