Join us for Bristol Drugs Project - Trans inclusion training for charity sector organisations.
Training to empower charity sector staff to support trans services users more effectively and make services more accessible to trans people.
The aims are:
- To increase staff knowledge of Trans+ terminology and trans people's experiences and needs.
- To increase understanding of the barriers trans+ people face accessing services.
- To empower staff to respond to discrimination and support each other to learn from mistakes.
- To increase confidence supporting Trans+ service users.
The training will be run by Bea Piesold and Lukas Sykes from Horizons and Ruth Day from Housing Matters. We hope you can join us.
