Stop the problem before it starts! Changing your workplace to prevent equal pay issues between men and women.

This short webinar raises the issue of equal pay in the education sector, provides attendees with an opportunity to hear from the creators of the resource and ask questions about its practical application.An important collaboration between a wide variety of Trade Unions, academics and other key stakeholders has produced the &#x27;Achieving Equal Pay in Your Workplace&#x27; toolkit, a practical guide for bargaining for equal pay. Union reps and members will be excited to see this helpful resource but it will also be of great interest to employees and workers who suspect that there might be an equal pay issue in their workplace. Our speakers will discuss the equality of pay in leadership: achieving equal pay &amp; parity for women leaders and equal pay case studies along with other examples of addressing the gender pay gap in schools.
