About The Event
Wise Women Wellness presents a free seven week self-development 'Sista Self-Care Coaching Circle' where while socialising with a small group of like-minded women, you will learn and be empowered with simple self reflective tools to:
Assess your current reality and set goals to improve life-balance and wellbeing.
* Identify strengths - boost confidence and nurture life domains - reduce stress.
* Create a self-care plan /vision board to enhance your well-being
* Stay focused on your desires in a supportive coaching group.
 
DETAILS: 
Seven week course:
Introduction (light refreshment provided)
Sat 27th April - 9:30 am - 4 pm
Group Coaching Circle - meet fortnightly
Tuesday 7th May - 6:30-8pm
Tuesday 21st May - 6:30-8pm
Tuesday 4th June - 6:30-8 pm
(This free training is for limited number of women 19+ living or working in Lambeth)
