The Social Action Hub

This session is the third in the series. It builds on the Introduction to Community Organising and Listening skills workshops that you will have attended. The session gives you the opportunity to reflect on your practice among peers. Action Learning Sessions are excellent for embedding the learning by enabling you to share with (and learn from) your peers in discussion groups.During this session, you will:• learn from others about successes and challenges whilst conducting 'listenings'• develop more skills and self-awareness required for listening• understand how the reflection process can be used to improve listening practice.As with all of our training sessions, this facilitated session is designed so that everybody can engage in, and share their ideas and experiences and practice their skills.Refreshments will be served during this workshop. You will need to arrive at 10.00 am for refreshments so that we can make a prompt start.
